In May-June 2020 FREEcollective is working with three everlasting and in the current pandemic situation extremely timely themes: Time – Environment – Distance. The possibilities and meaning of working internationally is considered during the project while it strongly reflects the local, highly personal artistic practise of each participant located in Kangasniemi, Jyväskylä, Tampere, Helsinki and Espoo. The artistic process is carried out by different means of distance communication. The methods and meanings found and developed by the process are shared also with the London based H2DANCE artists Hanna Gillgren and Heidi Rustgaard.
FREEcollective is supported by the grant from Arts Promotion Centre Finland.
